So I either just completely fixed previous bugs pertaining to forum permissions or I completely wrecked them!
People were mentioning to me that certain rights and rolls weren't being carried correctly into subforums, and I found I had a flaw in my logic of how forum permissions were calculated. I donno how it functioned properly before; I don't really remember making the change that broke it, and certainly not during the time when people said it was working till it broke.
Either way, I've adjusted the logic. It looks sound to me, but we all know how that's gone in previous releases. Let me know if you have any issues.
