How do you track your character's HP?

I find it hard to remember how many Hit Points or spells I have cast over a few days of real time but less time game time. How do you track your character's HP? How about spell slots used? Anybody do it in GP itself?

Kind of a blend. I have a document in Google Docs for my GP combat blocks. Looks like this:

turns into this in the post:

Casting silence.
1st 4/4 | 2nd 3/3 | 3rd 2/2
41/41 HP | 15 AC | Inspiration 0 | Channel Divinity 1/1 | Wrath of the Storm 4/4 | Stone’s Endurance 1/1

I may update and keep things on my actual sheet, but that tends to be more effort than just leaving this one google doc open and copying out of there.

I just keep it it in the Notes section of my sheet. Like so:

HP: 36/36
HD: 6/6
BS: 1/2
Talon: 2/3

Spells:
1: 4/4 | 2: 3/3 | 3: 2/3

This is the notes section for Varis in Szemely's game, Kingdom of Birodalom

Since the addition of the spoiler tag, I've been posting it as a spoiler at the end of my combat posts. Before that I'd add it to the notes section of my char sheet.

I have a lot of work to do to make tracking stuff in games easier :/

I do the same as Naatkinson.

A lot of stuff goes in the notes section, but for spells I'll create spell slots in the spells section and label them 'used' or 'unused'.

I track hit points, hit dice, and death saves in the Notes section, similar to Naatkinson.

I do spells differently than szemely, but similar in that I track spell slots in the same section. This screenshot is from my sorcerer:

Clerics or other characters that have a list of spells to prepare from are done a bit differently (the individually-listed spells are those from the divine domain and are always prepared):

My wizards are a combination of these two systems, where I'll have a list of spells that I've prepared for the day like my cleric, but I will also enter each individual spell like my sorcerer.
