Best Supers RPG?

Hey all, what's your opinion on the best RPG for JLA level supers?

Marvel Heroic RP (aka Cortex Plus Fantasy Heroic) is my favorite Supers rpg. It could certainly do JLA - handling widely varying power-levels is one of the systems signatures.

GURPS has something pretty similar with the International Super Teams.

I've heard a lot of love for Mutants & Masterminds, but I haven't played it.

You could also check ICONS

I often play it with some of my friends and did low powered to high powered easily.

I find fate is pretty good for handling supers... Venture City has a pretty nice set of aids for using fate to run super games, not sure if there are others but the base game handles it so well you may not need to look for modules...

I have to say Mutants and Masterminds is by far the best one I have played.
