Nemes Zaituc, also called The Capcaun, is the Captain of a drakkar longship, The Blackfin. He is an notorious pirate, raider, smuggler, and corsair. He is also called Zaituc the Voldruvan, in fact is of noble lineage and currently holds a title of Viscount, though it is unclear why he has hardly ever lived or managed an estate in Voldruv. He is half Dannein by his mother, who was the daughter of a Dannein fisherman in Baoill, of the Murrough Clan.
With a few notable exceptions, Zaituc has a crew of raiders and corsairs that are mostly either Voldruvan or Dannein. They are extremely loyal to him. Some have been with him for many many years.

a hulking dog-headed ogre that breaks the bones of its victims before eating them, known to kidnap children. (Note: it is uncertain that this monster even exists. Likely most believe it a myth or fairy tale.)
