D&D 5e: Feats for Races (Unearthed Arcana)

Latest Unearthed Arcana got released yesterday, giving us a host of new feats that are tied to race. Some that stood out:

Fade Away, Wonder Maker, Critter Friend, Squat Nimbleness: I'm tempted to homebrew gnomes such that they get one of these feats for free. Except for the stat point increase, I feel like that would still be balanced and might encourage people to play more gnomes at my table. Honestly, I'd like all of Wonder Maker's building options to be available to all gnomes.

Elven Accuracy: Makes me want to make a High Elf Barbarian character and roll with super advantage whenever I reckless attack. His racial cantrip will be mending so that he can apologetically fix the things he breaks while raging. Not sure how this interacts with the lucky feat.

The others seem reasonable. I'm tempted to let every character take a racial feat for their chosen race, but I think that is adding more bells and whistles than I want to keep track of.

Out of curiosity, has anybody used any of these for their characters?
