Unsubscribing from a private forum

I could swear I've seen this question before, but I can't find it. How can I unsubscribe from a private forum I no longer have access to? I recently left a game with private forums, but I'm still subscribed to them. Since I can no longer access the forums, I can't unsubscribe and keep getting notifications.

Go to Forums on the toolbar
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Manage Subscriptions
