Hey Jabes, have you heard of the adventure "Adamantine Chef: Supreme Challenge" on the DM's Guild written by Teos Abadia? Might be worth checking out!

Thinking on this a bit more i kinda came up with a concept you could use. Basically you guys would join up with a culinary guild who specializes in monster meals
Each encounter would essentially be a bounty mission hunting down said monster, with there being a choice of 3 monsters per session.
and to keep things interesting, these would be BIG monsters, and you guys could get buffs from the dishes you eat from the characteristics of the monster that was used in that dish
Like Dragons breath, elemental resistances, petrification, ect.
and eventually it would get to the point where you guys have to stop some fuckhuge world shattering monster.

If you ever ran a dnd 5e game like this on here, I would definitely want to be a part of it. it sounds like an awesome idea.

I'm still waiting for Heliana's Guide To Monster Hunting: A 5e Supplement kickstarter to deliver anytime soon. That is monster hunting where you harvest your kills for magic ingredients and good stakes.

I will keep an eye on this little thing.

So something along the lines of "Delicious in Dungeon", "Toriko", & "Monster Hunter"? That sounds fun, count me in!
