I mean, I didn't think it was too unreasonable, though I can understand both sides.

Though, he's a good story teller. I didn't play and Mordin still made me cry haha

I liked it. There were some similarities to the story arc of the original trilogy, but there were good characters and an enjoyable story, and fun dramatic moments. Seemed like most of the complaints were about the graphics, which didn't bother me any -- yes, they weren't as good as some other games of the same generation, but I play for story. The more open-world style was fun to explore.

I've done at least 5 complete playthroughs, and Mordin makes me cry every. damn. time.

Buy it and play it once. I enjoyed it a lot but playing it a second time showed me how little any of your choices matter

Maybe ill watch a clip of the first 10-15 minutes to see if it draws me in.

During my first ME3 run, I actually shot Mordin when he insisted on curing the genophage. He was my absolute favorite character and Shepard's BFF but with Wreave in charge, I didn't think curing the genophage was a good idea.

Doing that shocked me much more than watching him sacrifice himself in my second run. It was just so much... worse

Spinach noo. Also, Lav, thats exactly what i imagine its like when Cassano is trying to talk to Marbo. He spouts off a load of information and Cass just happens to pick up on the one thing that wasnt medical lingo.

That's actually how I feel when y'all are talking about video games.

Aaaaand I just dug through a ton of RP to find the term "particle filtration pods".......
Mar 22, 2019 6:40 pm
I think it was nubs. I remember because I kept giggling when I typed it.
Mar 22, 2019 6:42 pm
Ah, it was nubs. I thought they were pods. My bad....

Why is this conversation happening XD

I don't know! Why did you look it up? Oh, right - because it's a code for telling if you're under duress.

A code I created. So, like, I shouldn't have had to ask that question.

I'm really not in a great place today, mentally, lol.

*screams at dice*

I'm a MATH MAJOR! I know the odds of this!! I should have been safe!! Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
Mar 22, 2019 10:08 pm
Youre a math major? Can i ask what part of math made it so interesting that you wanted to major in it?
Mar 22, 2019 10:22 pm
Happenstance.

I'm a chemistry major originally. Here you need a major and minor to teach. I picked Physics. Those require an aggressive amount of Calculus. So I figured hey. I want to be employed. I can't do general science, which hurts my chances at smaller schools. Let's add a math minor. But I needed such a random assortment of classes to get qualified to teach math, I ended up only two classes away from a major anyway.

So, double overlapping majors and an overlapping minor, with 39 credits of pedagogy. I took five years..........

I have to admit. It's like the grammar of what I actually love. I know it's important, but I'm just here for the tools to do the cooler stuff. Though my ferret-owning prof was pretty sweet.

That's awesome, lav. My daughter (age 9, 3rd grade), keeps telling me she wants to major in math and physics.

And yay chemistry majors (I teach college chemistry)!
