Chapter III: Reunited

The captain drops his weapon as you charge him but he grapples you before you can take it away from him. Grappling, you both roll out of the cover. You must have underestimated the captain's strength because very quickly he ends up on top, holding you down. "What is not natural is your defiance of my orders. I have been put in charge of you by the queen herself!"
He smashes down his head, breaking your host body's nose and getting your blood into your eyes, blinding you for the moment.

Lt. Yang fires his tranquilizer rifle at the pale man right after Cass' shot hits the wall behind him. He hits the man's shoulder but again, the shot is stopped by the armor he's wearing. Still, it distracts the man from shooting for just a fraction of a second, giving Alex a better opportunity to avoid his attack.

The captain's guard is trying to align a shot at Zephyr but he's wrestling with the captain, making it difficult to hit him without hitting the captain. After a second, he gives up and starts lining up a shot at the pale man instead.

Cass, suddenly you hear Darcy's voice over your comm badge: "Potential to Commander Cassano. Apologies for the interruption."

Alex, remembering her combat training, notices the moment of distraction and utilizes it. She jumps up at the pale man and reaches for his weapon. Before he can react, she is already pulling it out of his hand. A shot gets fired off during the struggle and hits a terminal on the far side of the medical bay, which immediately explodes in a fountain of sparks. It sets the bed closest to it on fire.
Your struggle ends with Alex taking the pale man's weapon and moving a few steps away from him.

Clearly taken aback by the content of what you're saying and the tone you're saying it in, Darcy, unsure how serious you are, replies: "There's a par... an engineer from the Four asking permission to come on board. Commander, do you require help?"

Kendall, as Zephyr is currently engaged in a grapple on the floor with teh captain, it's hard to hit him. You give off a shot in that direction but just barely miss him. However, your phaser's stun beam hits the pale man straight in the face right after Alex took his phaser. He stumbles for a second and then falls to the ground where he lies motionless.

"The Four's shields are up, commander. What is your situation? Should we open fire?"

As Zephyr raises the gun against his own head, the captain suddenly changes up his grip and grabs Zephyr's wrist. He doesn't move it away or blocks him from pulling the trigger, simply holds it in place so Zephyr can't suddenly change his aim.
"You're an embarassment to the queen and our entire race. Do the universe a favor and finish yourself off!", he growls at Zephyr, simultaneously in clicking and in the language of the Consortium.

Moira

"I just had communications with Cassano. It sounds like something went wrong over there. We are not to take on any guests at this point."

Alex, the second you say that, the pale man jumps up and tries to attack you. Give me a Feelings roll to react. And tell me what you're doing. If you want to fire, that's also fine with Feelings due to the sudden react.
