OK, rolling seems to be done so it's question time, :)
You rolled Aristocracy and yes you do get to keep that result. Aedirn was a Northern territory but is now held by Nilfgaardian forces so it's quite interesting. The book as this to say about non-human nobility:-
Non-Human Nobility: You may wind up rolling Aristocracy as a non-human living in human territory. In Nilfgaard this isn’t much of a problem, since they are more accepting of non-humans. In the North, assume that your family are less traditional aristocracy and more highly skilled or prized people in the eyes of the local king.
So it is likely the latter of the the options above, so it will be less than traditional but something in your families past has been afforded many benefits over the years and is well considered. Unless of course your family are still predominantly still in Dol Blathanna, in which case it'll be mostly relevant when dealing with other Elves or within the territories of Dol Blathanna. The +2 Reputation actually quite a big deal.
Your most influential friend is a criminal just like you which is a nice happenstance. Who are they? Were they the one who got you into the life? Or are they responsible for showing you the ropes, taking you under their wing?
Your priest ally. Who are they? What religion are they a priest of? What did you save them from? Have they converted you to their faith or were you already a member? Or are they content for you to walk your own journey of faith?
Your enemy. As they were the wronged party and given your noble birth it could it have been an arranged marriage that you walked away from? Was it a con you were pulling and they believed it until you disappeared and are now hunting you down? Was it one of their agents that poisoned you?

Ok, I'll go with the latter on your recommendation. The exact manner of the family fame is something I'm not entirely sure on.
Criminal: After it became apparent their family was in danger from unknown assailants Lalu's father decided it would keep her from harm. And so she was taken in by a perfectly average elvish family for a time until this business got itself sorted, it seems to be taking an awful long time. The excess of free time this afforded her coupled with Lalu's friendly personality introduced her to Dargon, a self proclaimed "man of the people". Awfully charismatic, the two became friends as Dargon slowly introduced Lalu to the thrilling (and illegal) life he led. It's not that she was naive, rather she too found a thrill in sneaking and thieving long as their victim deserved losing a valuable or two, and it wasn't hard to find targets. She never did discover what became of Dargon, he disappeared suddenly and left behind am elaborate fox mask as a parting gift.
Priest: Usually Lalu keeps to urban environments, but one such day she found herself down a dirt road and came across a follower of Melitele, a human priest at that. A rather joival fellow, he was transporting a satchel's worth of medicinal goods when a couple of bandits happened upon him, and took him for easy pickings. Lalu was a crook, but not about to see an innocent come to harm, so she sneaked upon the group to rescue the priest. In a display of archery she loosed into one of the bandits hands, and warned her next would hit their skulls. It was a lie, she wasn't positive she could kill both so quickly, but Lalu figured it would be safer to try. To her pleasant surprise they heeded her words, fleeing for their life. The priest, Jorn, expressed his gratitude for the rescue and asked if they could travel for some time together. They discussed many things, including Jorn's faith and Lalu's stance on the matter, who came to the resolution she couldn't properly call herself a follower given her lifestyle, but respected his decision.
Enemy: Due to Lalu's unique circumstances she found herself making friends of all sorts: tavern-goers, tailors, musicians, and some more...unsavory characters. The worst was Hagges, a bandit who believed the two of them were meant for each other. Lalu kindly disagreed, and sought to explain her stance over a meal. Hagges took it better then she expected, well Lalu thought it was going well until she felt pangs in her stomach from the poisoned wine. Without delay Lalu fled from Hagges, forced to burgle a doctor's supplies for a suitable antidote lest she die that night. Time has passed and Hagges still hasn't gotten over Lalu, but now instead of directly killing her she aims to ruin Lalu's reputation. Whether this scheming is to force Lalu back to Hagges or simply out of spite remains a mystery.
