Weapon
West's weapon of choice is a big two-handed metal axe. It is a very heavy weapon, hard to balance and slower than traditional lightsabers, and also forces the use of both hands and greatly decreases mobility. It is able to get a lot of momentum and cause especially destructive - and distracting - blows, and Charlie mastered the use of its weight and reach. It is not very effective against lightsabers and ranged weapons, but it is good against bigger targets and in battles that don't require precision.
Charlie actively uses the Force to maintain control of the weapon, which allows him to perform impressive combat feats with it - like spinning it around himself, using the weight of his body as a counterweight, becoming a hurricane of destruction, not to be approached. His way of fighting, however, leaves Charlie vulnerable when alone, and it isn't quite suitable for duels.
Charlie also has two small throwing axes, usually tucked somewhere on his belt and equipped with EMP tech reacting to an impact. They aren't powerful enough to take out big robotic opponents, but they can hinder the smaller ones or disrupt a terminal or a droid. He isn't amazing at throwing them, however, and mostly carries them as a backup weapon and something to break electronic locks with.

Appearance
Charlie is a relatively tall human with unruly black hair and a beard. He has a strong build, and he is visibly muscular, but not overly so. There is a number of scars on his body, but the one usually visible is a small scar on the left side of his jaw, going up from his beard to the middle of his cheek and looking like it was made by something cutting. Charlie's eyes are dark brown, but they have a greenish hue to them, visible in brighter light. He often smiles, and tends to scratch his beard absent-mindedly when in deep thought.
Charlie usually wears traditional Jedi robes over an armored black jacket, paired with black boots and a leather strip going over his shoulder to hold the axe on his back. Said weapon is uncovered more often than not, its menacing edge glinting in the sun. Sometimes Charlie adds various acccessories to his attire - he favors scarves and gloves especially.

Personality
Charie is a friendly, cheerful individual with a fierce spirit. He is brave and loves action a bit too much, values friendship and honor and wishes to live his life the way he can proud himself on. He can't be called peaceful, but he usually doesn't wish harm upon anyone and doesn't pick fights when it's uncalled for. Although he is eager to come to others' defence - overeager, some will say, as Charlie enjoys adrenaline rush and dislikes not having anything to do, getting snappish and irritable when forced to stay actionless for too long.

Standing with the Order:
Charlie grew calmer over the years, but the rebellious spirit he was always known for is still present, and he often acts as an opposition to other Masters, pushing the High Council to act when he thinks they are stalling. It earned him a reputation of one of the most hot-headed Masters, even though West himself disagrees with this assertion. He is often regarded as an extravagant Jedi, even among other Weapon Masters, for his weapon of choice and fighting style - but at the same time, he is respected for the skill.
West doesn't mind interacting on personal level with other Jedi, but he mostly keeps to himself outside of the Council issues. Whenever not on a mission or doing anything otherwise related to the Jedi Order, he either practices with his axe, wanders around the closest settlement or cooks.

Appearance
Lark is a tall lanky human teenager with usually ruffled blonde hair - which is actually white, for unknown to him or anyone else reasons. Lark often dyes his hair, since it usually brings way too much attention to him from other humans - he'd actually change hair color even more often if only he could get more dyes. His eyes are light brown, and he is often squinting at things despite having a good eyesight. He also has freckles on his face.
Lark often disregards Jedi dress-code and wears more casual clothing, usually with added engineering tools on his belt or goggles on his head. He also often has burns on his hands and singed hair here and there, and no reprimanding makes him fix his appearance - he'll nod, say he understands and then will go right back to getting machine oil and soot all over himself.

Personality:
Lark is much more interested in engineering than becoming a Jedi - he actively tries to use the Force for his home projects and would rather go watch a race or visit a workshop than actually study. He loves lesson about swordfighting, and wants to become a Knight, but at the same time he wants to be an engineer, and he often finds himself conflicted over it - not as often as he probably should think about it, though.
Lark is very energetic and friendly, and enjoys spending time chatting with others, especially if they share his interest in engineering. He doesn't shy away from company and usually treats everyone nicely and politely, even though sometimes he starts randomly rambling about electronics.
In his free time, he either tries to tinker with various mechanisms he accumulated over the years or wanders around the Academy watching the sights and the other Jedi. He is smart for his years, but he lacks patience and often gets too focused on his hobby to pay enough attention yo anything else.

Standing with the Order:
Lark basically grew up in the Academy - he was an orphan found by the Jedi and taken in at a young age, and his familiarity with the Order often makes him forget to show due respect to his elders. He is known as smart, but sometimes insolent student, not a troublemaker per se, but someone who doesn't quite grasp the purpose of the Jedi Order.
Most of the other Padawans either like or don't mind Lark, since he is generally friendly and doesn't bother those who wish to be left alone. More serious students might scoff at his lack of enthusiasm in many studies, and some find his hyper-energy annoying at times, but he is usually welcome at parties and in a casual conversation.
