Master/Padawan Pairings

Alright, the long awaited list. I outsourced this to my wife who is playing on the game as well (Ukchanak1). She volunteered to do the match-making because she was really enjoying all the dossiers. If anyone has any questions, please put them up here.

These are listed Knight/Master first. I'm still waiting for a few of these character sheets but we can start RP in the meantime. If I don't hear from people within a week from today or see the character sheets go up I'll just assign stats from a best guess and we can change it later after people get more time. I'd rather go back and change character sheets than make everyone wait.

That's not a question, but I just want to say that I'm very excited about it! :D
(...are we ever going to RP all together, maybe in a short side-story or something? It would fun to see everyone, even if it'll be chaotic. XD)

Most of the rp will be all together, or at least on the same planet. Individual plots and stories might call specific Jedi away but the game is going to have a focus on the community of Jedi and their work in this corner of the galaxy.

I meant more like "everyone are in the same room" together, not just on the same planet/in the Academy - that seemed implied. :D I did imagine that most of the RP will be partners playing with each other. Did I have the wrong impression somehow?

I imagine it'll be pretty organic. Meetings and meals and group studies will likely involve everyone. And yeah, it might get chaotic but that's okay.

I think we should figure out who might be friends among the knights, and also who might be friends among the padawans (or enemies lol) That would give us a good baseline of people to hang out with!

These look like good pairings. This is going to be fun.

I finished with sheets and did a double take on this, and now I'm amazed by the pairing of my Padawan. XD
I mean, if anything, there probably will be even more traveling now. XD

And I have no idea how Jaeden and Charlie will get along, but they probably can bond over "being rad" while not believing they are all that rad? XD

And I love the idea of adding established friendships! :D Who needs enemies? XD

Yeah, I figured that not everyone on the Council would want that. I hope it's ok! I thought the characters would enjoy being around each other and might have some fun adventures.

BTW, I know Veria's player, and she is often played as an archeologist fan/newbie/proto-specialist. Maybe Veria and Ziel and Lark could go on a fun archeology mission together? :-D

I think that would be great! Can't have just two people on a dig.

...and an archeology mission in space sounds great, and I need it. As a side-story, maybe? We're going to find all the dinosaurs ancient temples UFOs archeology things! (Lark is not an archeologist, but he'll try. XD)

I'm not so good at nominating people, but I was wondering if Lillian and Alyx could be sort-of-friends? They would share reading books I think. Also while Alyx is a brawler, she wouldn't push Lillian to fight and would actually be very angry at the other students who did so and protect her from their aggression.

Alright, after a brief discussion Knight Steef will be assigned Padawan Errad Onan and Knight Merrick Durn will be assigned Padawan Zambar.

Okay, I am a little concerned that we might have some Padawans/Masters hanging out there without a pairing. If anyone notices their assigned partner hasn't posted in a while, send me a message and I'll contact them.

Both of my partners aren't very active: Sandelfon posted once for teacher and once for student, and that was about two weeks back. And I don't think sadrielle ever posted in the RP at all?
I'm quite willing to wait for them, if they just don't have time to post, but I'd love to know if they're still in! I assumed they were among those people you contacted before to check for activity, so if they are still willing to play, I'm all up for waiting! I can just hang around other pairs with my characters until then. :D

Yeah, I feel really bad because you've been so active and had such bad luck. I would not -prefer- to pair up your characters to each other but we can consider that a backup. I'll contact both and whoever replies we can just swap those too, even if it's not as ideal a match as it would have been.

Ah, don't worry, I'm having fun just interacting with other characters. :D Although I guess everyone is going to pair up now and I'll have less opportunities to do so... Maybe someone wouldn't mind a group study or something.
At the very least, Charlie is just going to go on his inspection of the Boundless and bother the staff (which, I guess, would be you? XD), and Lark will settle in his rooms to do engineering as an opportunity for me to practice with the Feng Shui system.
I do hope they will reply, but if not, I can play with myself too, no problem! XD

i heard back from Sandelfon, they are busy for the next few days but will be posting by Tuesday, in all likelihood. So, worst case the two of you can just pair up your students and teachers.
