Journey to Arkania - Prelude - Day 1 - Teachers

Charlie, until few moments ago very engrossed in looking through the maps of Arkania, lifts his head at the arrival of two other Jedi. He smiles at the sight of Steef and salutes him in greeting, and then turns his eyes to the other newcomer.
"Good day to you, Master Durn! Don't believe we've met yet, I'm Charlie West," he stands up and offers his hand, meanwhile gesturing at the holographic projections of Arkania behind him, and scattered documents on the Academy on the table. "As Knight Kaapel just summarised to my friend here, upon our arrival to the orbit we are planning to send the students in a shuttle some distance away from the Academy, so they can practice their survival and teamwork skills. Possibly as a simulated shuttle crash? I'm not sure we actually agreed on that..." He glances at Zatee, then at Dynnyana, and murmurs almost inaudibly: "That's what amazes me in peaceful meetings, a lot of talk, not many actual decisions..."

"That's a valid concern. We spoke about using the Boundless and its sensors to keep an eye on them. Then, if there's an emergency, we can take a shuttle to get to the students." The mountain of a man, Knight Kaine looks around the room, "Does anyone have any other concerns?" He sweeps his eyes around the room, questioningly.

"i have no questions but i'm still worried"

Steef holds up a thumps up to zatee and says "i think we can finish it here good old zee"

Charlie follows Zatee Ros with his gaze, expression on the man's face turning thoughtful, but keeps his position near Merrick and Steef. His hand does move to scratch his beard in a gesture of contemplation though. "Actually, I'd like to take a better look around the Boundless. I didn't have a chance yet to meet the staff, and I wanted to rectify it. Seems like a good time to do it, while we are waiting on our wards to gather. ...That is, if Captain Drexim doesn't mind Jedi snooping around his ship." He looks at the officer with a somewhat mischievous smile. "I can promise not to throw any axes into fragile mechanisms."
