Is Schlomo still in the hallway dealing with the guards? While the rest of us are behind the closed door of the stairway heading down? Asking because I'm still weighing the option to barricade the door, but don't want to do so if not everyone, golem included, is on the same side of the door.

Schlomo is bringing up the rear, yes. I think Glenda did enact the magic to barricade the door, and as soon as it shuts, the magic will compete. Will Schlomo know to close the door? Hmmmm.

As a further precaution to delay pursuit, Esther added a little delay effect at the head of the stairway to allow Schlomo to get a head start and put some distance from the SWAT gunmen. "Mordy, your golem better not be made of flesh and blood."

Mordecai rushes down the hall as fast as his elderly body allows, clutching his fedora to keep it from falling away. He responds to Esther as he runs, "Schlomo is anger and redemption... kneaded into shape by my own hands." It’s hard to tell if the rabbi is being poetic or literal. He looks back toward the golem.

Glenda is following Wiki's lead, getting to the parking garage and trying to stay low and quiet. When Wiki gets to a quiet corner to talk to Conner, Glenda takes a deep breath to align her energies and concentrates on her perceptions, keeping herself alert for signs of anyone coming.

Schlomo aside, you make it to the parking garage. A crowd is coming and going, as people arrive or leave the festival. You can easily sneak into a crowd and make your way to safety.
