Esther dear... Wiki glances at the sleeping pilot. ... I can easily track the rest of the suit and perhaps even the man who wore the suit. We just need to get back to my house, where I have the equipment.

You take the boat back to the dock, and the pilot guy wakes as you return. He apologizes for passing out, claiming 'that's never happened to me before' and refusing any payment.

Mordecai seems ambulant, but nearly brain dead. Whatever happened to him in the other world, his mind seems trapped somehow, though not by injury.

The trip back to Las Vegas is uneventful.

To where do you go, and to what do you next aspire to do?

"Sure thing honey." Back in Vegas, Esther let Schlomo take Mordecai back home, promising to check on him soon. Wiki had said that she was going to follow up on the examination of the cloth, so that was that. "I'll go shopping anyway, it's what I do best. Call when you find something." Going down the high-end fashion street on Bellagio? Count me in! thought Esther to herself, holding on to a very small swatch of the torn cloth. She'd know this fabric anywhere.

OOC:
The plan (as I see it)

Wiki is dropped of at her place, while Mordecai is taken to a "home" of some sort.
Wiki will use correspondence to connect the pice of fabric with the rest of the suit and the owner.

They still need to know if this lottery was an attack on the local will-workers

"Schlomo, Mordecai can stay at my apartment if that's okay. I can ask my neighbor to look in on him."

Back at Wiki's house, Wiki takes the cloth sample up to her office. She takes her time to make the tracking program/spell as efficient as possible. She knows it most likely target another practioner, that could be hiding somewhere in the umbra.

She sets up the ritual, so once she gets a target lock, she can follow it on her wrist-computer

I'll also spend a willpower, to ensure this work

That's some disagreement as to who has the cloth. Esther, or Wiki?

OOC:
I stated that Esther is holding on to a small piece of the torn cloth. So Wiki should still have the main piece.

Gotcha
Esther begins to search for the store where the fabric may have been purchased. Please make an Intelligence+Style roll.

Wiki sets up her 'lab' and her results are shocking yet not at all ambivalent.

At the Bellagio, Esther first started with trying to figure how much she knew about the cloth. She wasn't a detective, so she didn't particularly feel like going from shop to shop solving the mystery. Perhaps she ought to just pop into one of the most high-end places she knew and ask around instead.
OOC:
Gonna invoke Blessings to say that she walks into a store that kinda knows or recognises the cloth and can give her direction as to where to go next.
