You'd wanna roll a Dexterity check.

Just as a heads up, I will allow PVP. I do still recommend getting along, but threats don't need to be idle.

Did I mention how big a fan I am of Greta? She's great. Two thumbs up. No problems with Greta.

Say I wanted My mage hand to picknpocket someone. Like Greta for an example. Is it sleight of hand vs passive perception?
Sep 20, 2019 2:13 am
While I wouldn't encourage stealing from your fellow party, it would be sleight of hand versus a regular perception roll(was edited from insight). I won't say passive perception because that would be too easy.

You also risk being beaten to a pulp if you fail. I won't limit retaliation on that kind of act.

Scream from doorway? Or further down hallway?

What is the properties of Lorica? Is there the equivalent of half plate available?
Sep 20, 2019 4:57 pm
I think it's just leather armor.
Sep 20, 2019 4:57 pm
I can't imagine we'll find something that high end in the general armory, really.

If I had to make an educated guess, a lorica would be equivalent to breastplate. Specifically thinking of a lorica musculata from popular media.

Imma piggy back off that and ask how long it would take for Doc to slip into his scale mail bc I'm pretty sure he didn't wake up in it
Sep 20, 2019 5:21 pm
Donning medium armor takes about 5 minutes.
Sep 20, 2019 5:22 pm
Also, if he had the scalemail on during the fight, he woke up in it

Lorica is an equivilant of studded leather in this instance.

However, there are different types of lorica - the lorica listed here is for soldiers - so studded leather

That is the only armor currently available in this armory.

Okay, I now have the durability rules done - which you can see here

We'll start everybody off on full durability I think, since I took so long to pull it out, but from now - every hit takes a point from armor, and every successful weapon use takes a point from the weapon.

Everybody keep track of your durability!

Can we repair weapons and armor?
Sep 20, 2019 8:40 pm
Yes, I've amended the sheet list to show what items can perform repairs.
Sep 20, 2019 8:48 pm
Does everybody understand the durability rules on weapons and armor, or is clarification needed?
Sep 20, 2019 8:49 pm
I understand that we should have all rolled monks . . .

Kidding! Kidding!

Oh don't even get me STARTED on fist durability ;D
