In the case of an NPC, such as the skeleton guard, do the same rules apply for damage rolls as PC's? Ranged damage roll = damage die of weapon + strength mod for thrown weapons + bonuses + penalties

So this begs the question: do the same rules apply to both NPC's and PC's?

No can do since Drax has the dying 1 condition and has to make successful recovery rolls to lose that condition.

So we've mostly been forgetting the penalty for additional attacks. :D
I remembered for my very first barrage of attacks and then forget it as did Drax.

I remembered it. I had a -5 to my second attack rolls on each of my turns :)
