Hey guys! Since there are so many Americans around and i’ll be in the states for a tenday soon, I’m wondering if anyone has some tips of stuff to do :D

i’ll land in Santa Fé and fly back from Las Vegas so the plan so far is to cross Arizona on the 66 ;)

Most obvious is Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam when you're in the LV area. I, personally, dislike AZ so not much I can say for things there. You'll be near enough to LA that you should spend some time exploring it. Griffith Observatory is an iconic LA landmark and in countless movies. Will Rogers State Park is supposed to be a great choice for walking/hiking. For museum fans, the Getty Center is considered the number one thing to do in LA.

There are great food destinations in LA, so eat well. :) Depending on your budget and availability, some notable LA food choices are: Spago by Wolfgang Puck, Scopa by Antonia Lafaso, and Red O by Rick Bayless. If avoiding high end chef restaurants, try Playa Vista Farmers' Market or Soprano.

Grand Canyon and Red Rocks Park spring immediately to mind. Santa Fe is cool too.

You'll be on the opposite side of the US from me, so my advice is... come to the cooler side :D

Joking aside, finding a slot canyon makes for a great experience. The big sites (Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, et al) are worth it IMO, and assuming they haven't removed it, at the Grand Canyon, they have an overlook that has a clear floor/railings, so it kinda feels like you're floating above the canyon; if you can stomach it and find it, check it out (and take pictures, I wanna try it myself!).

I think that platform (Skywalk?) was closed recently, perhaps temporarily. I think someone fell after climbing on the railings...something they specifically and repeatedly tell people to NOT do while out there.

Bryce Canyon National Park is visually spectacular as well but it's about 4 hours away from Las Vegas.
