Enki enters the building he seems to shudder for a moment taking the sights in and then approaches Duccio.

"Duccio was it? I believe we have not had the please of a proper introduction."

Enki nods in agreement "That is correct, I must admit I have no had many interactions with Clan Lasombra and was wondering if it would be possible to pick your brain. You seem to me to be a well educated individual and I have many questions."

Enki nods "I understand that some things will be outside of my reach as of yet. I do wonder what is your clans relation with the source of your unique gift."

Enki leans forward in his seat as Duccio speaks taking all the information in, after Duccio stops he speaks again "It is more of an interest in these ones that delve the shadows in search of secrets you speak. Each of our clans seems to bear a unique gift and it interests me how we explore the origin of this gift."

Enki puts his hand in the air for a moment and the flesh of it ripples like a wave passing over a shoreline "My own clans is...a recent development."

He chuckles to himself as he continues. "You should hear the insanity of some of my clan's elders when they speak of where this gift came from. Old fools scared of change...of metamorphosis."

Enki pauses for a brief moment as though he is reflecting on his own words and then snaps back to the conversation "Tell me dear Duccio, have you ever delved the darkness in search of these secrets ?"

Enki smiles as Duccio speaks and then replies.

"Change is inevitable, the world is seeking change and sometimes I fear some have become too set in their ways and on what they believe to be the only path that they lack the courage to travel elsewhere. I believe research is something that more time should be dedicated to, no longer should we focus on false idols of what is and is not possible. We should embrace the unknown and drink deep from the well of knowledge."

Enki smiles "I would not want to anger the church more then my presence already does so in the future I shall choose my words more carefully. Knowledge should be best maintained and grown, perhaps we can discuss more at a later date, I am curious to see and hear more of this darkness your clan harbors. Alas for now I must bid farewell as I have another meeting to attend to." He stands up and bows to Duccio "It was a pleasure to converse with you"

Enki heads out the door and is great by his familiar knight and the two depart down the street.
