Duke strikes the shadow hard, does his damage and the spell that he cast causes a thunderous noise to peel out from the impact. The shadow falls to dust that is swept away from the blast.

My body may be weakened, but my stubborn will is not. I draw forth my Vicious Longsword with my second hand and take a one-two strike at the remaining shadowy figure, first the dark blade, then the vicious one.

Black Blade Attack - (1d20)
(20) = 20
Damage (with necrotic) - (2d8+4)
(76) + 4 = 17
Longsword Attack - (1d20)
(7) = 7
Damage - (1d8+3)
(4) + 3 = 7
