Suggestion for pacing / flow / not overwhelming the GM:

All actions for a given round may only be posted during that round. No posting actions in advance of the next round.

Round boundaries are delineated explicitly by the GM

Before closing a round, the GM opens the floor for corrections / objections.

Non-battle cross-talk should be limited during battles

i did make one improvement by listing init order on first post

Sorry, I meant that as something for Gamersplane, not you. Something automatic and persisted on every post the GM makes through the extent of the battle. I appreciate you posting that, but it quickly gets lost as we go, and it would be a nice feature for more than just our game, methinks.

true. I did have the init order on paper and a battle map of where everyone was. I highly recommend you do at least the first part
