Happy to have the end of the longest day behind us, I eagerly climb the rope into our dimension. As we doff our armor, I'm uncharacteristically quiet, trying to process the events of the day. Leaving Nexal, discovering the Silver Knight, meeting new people, and the nearly disastrous task of undoing a curse has left me overwhelmed to say the least. As I peel off the last of my protection, I can't help but realize how close to death both myself and our daughter were. Overcome with emotions, I turn and pounce on you, wrapping my arms around your neck as I bury my face into your chest and sob. "I'm so sorry, my love! I don't want to be without you and our family was almost separated before it could even begin. I just... I need you. I need to know this is real and that we're still alive and together. I need you," I breathe the last sentence as I pull my head from your chest to meet your lips. The deep kiss grows more passionate as I feel your hands slide down my back and wrap under my ass, pulling me up and off the ground.

You carry me to the bed and lay me down, separating from me only long enough for both of us to shed what's left of our under armor clothing.
