Subconsciously placing Beskytter between himself and the majority of the crowd Cookie will continue to take in the sights and pay attention, being especially wary as he knows the city isn't to be trusted.

Beskytter absently reaches down and takes a piece of Cookie's food, not even looking before he puts it into his mouth. "There are more people here than I expected," he comments.

Zampoliou arrives at the town hall.

He is a tall slim man with the typical look of a Varisian, olive complexion with dark hair worn long long, he has a goatee beard and a moustache.

Zampoliou wears clothes of fine quality, baggy pantaloons, a long cloak and and a big hat with a feather in the peak, however they look faded as if they have seen better days. He is also wearing leather armour and has a rapier in a scabbard on his belt. I've been kicking the dust for too long he thinks the Call For Heroes is exactly what I need

Zampoliou was travelling with other Varisians, after a dispute they left him in Breachill where he has been doing odd jobs and making ends meet. The call for heroes is his chance to find new opportunities and leave the dust of this town behind. He likes to think of himself as a swashbuckler and a bravo, a rogue with a heart of gold.

Cookie arrives to the townhall, following his friend, as he's too busy looking at all the sights to otherwise pay attention. Cookie has never been fond of large groups of people they just don't feel right, he's always been more comfortable in small groups or just him and Tyne in the wilds.

Cookie is a slim pale halfling, wearing explorer's clothing and carrying a light load. Cookie has facial scarring that he partially hides behind the high cowl of his clothing and always seems to be covered in road dust, even as he shakes it out. Cookie uses his weapon for balance, leaning on his staff and, despite the curiousity in looking around, seems to wear a very flat expression on his face.

Cookie is an explorer and adventurer, never having known much else. Abandoned as a child he's grown up fighting for what he has, and as a youth he made a living cooking simple meals most of the time, thereby the name, while it was more fitting when he was a lad it's kind of grown with him. As an adult he felt the call of wanderlust, as far as he knows, and decided to seek out the life of the explorer, meeting his friend along the way. Cookie is tentatively hopeful they'll find some good work here, but expects it to be a complete bust.

Gorm leads the way through the crowds, clearing a path through the crowds as needed. He's an imposing figure, over 6 feet tall and broad of shoulder. He wears heavy armor and a fur-lined cape is draped over his shoulders. His battle axe is slung across his back along with his shield.

Gorm left his home village far to the north a few years ago, seeking glory and adventure. Thus far, he hasn't found much in the civilized lands down here, but he's hopeful that there will be something exciting in this small village.

Olwyn arrived at the town hall and instantly felt out of place. She wasn't an adventurer, a soldier, or anything similar she was simply a young woman who had a sinking feeling her town was in trouble. Hence her reasoning for pushing her father so hard to let her join in the Call for Heroes at all. That took weeks. Yet here she was, and now all she had to do was make sure she got picked a task she felt was easier thought than accomplished.

The half-elf did her best not to focus on just how out of place she felt. Her attire was simple but sturdy, not dissimilar from others but a bit too pristine to have seen a great deal of use. When she came to a halt Olwyn brushed back a strand of white-blonde hair to get it out of her face and seem somewhat presentable. As a whole she was pale-skinned and waifish and did not cut an intimidating figure in the slightest.

Not that it quite mattered what she looked like, or she hoped it didn't, did you have to be intimidating to be an adventurer? Honestly she had no idea, all she knew for sure was she needed to be here. She wanted to keep her town safe, and the best way to do that seemed to be through the Call of Heroes...she just hoped she was right.
