She places her hand on Ana and mumbles for a moment. "Have one more day of protection from me. I pray for your swift return."
Izzy immediately told me that we are playing The Gods Must be Crazy scenario she read in the DM book, where the DM role is rotated amongst the same party members, lol!
He takes it off to show you. Your eyes glance up to see the darker clouds in the distance. Gazing back at the robe, you see a plain, long cloak. It's obviously worn and old. There are no symbols on it or signs of magic in the fabric. The man watches you with confused amusement, but his eyes drift to me as I walk up behind you, still holding Ana.
I try to check his veracity, while I also watch the perimeter of my defensive perimeter that I lay out from my military training.
