A backstory is nice, but not necessary

An elf monk and a half elf cleric have joined. That makes 5. There are two more invites, but 5 is enough to start. I'll do some reading tonight, and we'll start preliminaries tomorrow.

I've DM'ed HotDQ once IRL. I'm very curious to see how PbP turns out.

Hi hi! Sorry for not joining sooner; weekend was kinda a dud for me. Nooo relaxation happened at all.

So, from what I could gather, we've a wizard, a rogue, a fighter, a cleric, and a monk? I'll have to really think on my characters then. I'll likely play a tiefling or dragonborn. With what I could class them as a bard, sorcerer, or a barbarian. Though, warlock is up there... Since we have three physical damage dealers, and two magic-users, it feels like a hard bind...

I guess I'll decide after seeing how the dice roll.

Edit: huh, I think that's the second time in a row I've rolled highly average stats. Point buy it is :p

Don't think of it as a hard bind, think of it as a wide open field. You dont HAVE to be anything.

Oh I know, it more of playing something I haven't yet. After a small tourney, tiefling bard became the choice. Almost finished with them.
