"Before I moved back to Cobbs Corners to take care of my elderly mom, I worked as a teacher in two other schools, both much larger than this one. and never have I seen such a high death rate among children. Last year I lost one pupil and I've already lost two this year. Add this to the fact that the teacher I replaced two years ago, Mrs Hunter, died under mysterious circumstances."

Angel stares at her in shock, scarcely able to believe what she's telling him. "Surely there has to be some explanation for this. To what does it owe, do you think?"

Angel makes some notes in his notebook for a minute, maybe two. The silence stretches out as he concentrates on recalling all the details and noting them down.
Once he finishes making his notes, he looks at his companions. "Perhaps we should look into these tragedies some more? The sheriff or the doctor should have some kind of records about them."

It's now approaching noon and as you leave, children start to line into the school house. A couple of them give you a look that unnerves you, given what you just heard.

Angel steps to the side as he approaches the door into the school house, letting the children pass. Speaking over their heads, he responds to Simon, "Yes, good point. I think we should see the doctor first. And... avoid the sheriff if at all possible." He steps through a gap in the line of children and through the door to join his companions.
"Would the doctor of a town this size have his own clinic or would he practice out of his home?" He begins walking to find the doctor, asking for directions if needed.

"Well according to the map we saw I believe the clinic was his home. Shouldn't be too hard to find."
