Below is before you skill change that I hadn't done.
___________________________________________________________________________________
I have a total of 16 Class skills:
Pointman Class Skills (10 Skills): Bluff, Bureaucracy, Craft, Diplomacy, Driver, First Aid, Knowledge, Profession, Sense Motive, Sport
Versatility (6 Skills): Culture, Gather Information, Handle Animal, Intimidate, Languages, Spot
18 Skill Points: (
2 skill points used for Background)
Bluff +4, Bureaucracy +1, Cultures +1, Diplomacy +1, Gather Information +1, Handle Animal +1, Intimidate +4, Sense Motive +1, Spot +4
Department Skill Bonus: +1 to Diplomacy, +1 Intimidate
Note: The Skills listed on the character are all Class Skills and none are Cross-Class Skills.

The change you made:
SKILLS
You have a limited amount of skill points, and you have certain skills you NEED TO HAVE. Because of this, you're going to almost always end up with a number of skills at max ranks, and a number that have no ranks at all. To simplify skills, and make your agents slightly more capable, do not buy skill ranks. Instead:
-- If your class says that you gain 4+Int mod skill points per level, you instead gain 4+Int mod Trained Skills. Trained Skills have a bonus of your level +3.
-- Untrained skills will gain a bonus equal to half your level, rounded up.
-- If you have a negative Int mod, you do NOT subtract it, you simply get no extra trained skills.

Results???: I have 16 Class skills. Pointman has 6 + INT.
So now I have:
6 Class Skills at Rank 4 (Base 3 + 1 (
My level))
10 Class Skills at ???
All the Cross-Class Skills at 1 Rank (
Half my level rounded up.)
How do I handle "(2 skill points used for Background)"
