A few shouts from the camp can be heard as the group saunters out
"no more damn rabbits! we need some meat with some fat on it!"
"try to find some eggs!"
etc. etc.
as soon as the camp is out of sight, the group moves cautiously away. The ground is rolling, tall grasses with a few trees here and there. Giant boulders, bigger than houses, jut out of the ground. And crevasses with little rivers running through them cross the landscape from time to time.
Hiding, at least from the camp, seems pretty straight forward. Keeping an eye on it, a little less so. There are also all the typical things to consider sleeping out in the open on the Sword Coast.
Let me know how you plan to handle comfort, provisions, stealth, security, surveillance, etc. and give me an appropriate roll:
stealth, survival, perception or nature. Whichever makes the most sense, or you are the best at.
