Thanks for the feedback Adam.
This particularly is interesting to me...
Adam says:
...(as a player I would have liked to have seen that Turmish wedding)...
...as I feel like this is the type of thing can take a game too far up it's own arse for some ppl.
I know I prefaced the game as a deep dive into lore, but even in in-person games I feel like there's a fine line in the type of detail, where too much gets eyes to glaze over and ppl picking up their phones. Which I think in the pbp equivalent, that line is much closer to favoring brevity, and beyond that is when ppl start skipping large amounts of text. At which point something important gets missed.
Any exposition and lore that I do vomit-forth, I try to make sure it holds some nugget of significance to our story.
But maybe the more strictly flavor-nuggets like that I could put in spoilers, for those who want to read, can?
And their
might be some Easter eggish things in your futures, but they are unlikely to be related to 5e official adventure paths as I have just never ran any of them... But, certain "celebrity" appearances are almost an inevitability :D
