Races
Humans: now inhabiting a number of Earths such as Prime, Beryllium, and others.

Grel'lix: Stony dwarf-like inhabitants of the planet Grel

Galdorians: very pronounced eyebrow ridges and scaly olive skin, kind of a lizard Klingon - the head of security is one.

The Relik: angular features, kind of a high elf/Vulcan situation - CMO Davis is half

The Fused (loose translation into Basic): one-headed youths, two-headed mated pair adults. Lots of extra fingers and thumbs. Altok Leya is a pair.

Symbiote: The Sisters appear to be the only of their kind, so it's tempting to say they're just "Human-plus", though their physiological changes imply something new. Not much is known of the other being's base species.

Basic Plot Reminders
The Grel'lix wanted Redjuice, an iodine derivative. They are not originally part of the Treaty.

In exchange, they gave the humans of Earth-Be Antimony, which they need for various technological processes.

Negotiations took place on their moon, which has lower, more Earth-like gravity than the planet's surface.

Enough materials were traded to cover the nations for the next 3 years while trade procedures are established.

The Antimony has been shown to carry unknown contaminants that emit Phi-Radiation.

A small amount of Phi-Rad exposure is expected, as this poorly-understood wave which impacts both space and time at once is the key to interstellar travel.

This emitter, however, releases unorthodox levels.

Left unchecked, Phi-Radiation via this transmission causes horrific mutations.
