Squeezing off a couple of quick shots from her carbine as she ducks for cover, Oskara can hear a growl of pain coming from the cockpit as one of her laser-bolts finds its mark.
OOC:
Trex is in the cockpit and in cover. Any ranged combat against him will suffer 1 Setback die.
Oskara has found some cover along the wall - (Setback die to any attacks against her).
Vex is staying out of sight.
Pash is close enough to move and attack this round.

Since we lost a person, I've removed one slot from the bottom of the initiative order. Which means the top slot is still open for PC use, so.....

Trex's attack on Oskara.
A Triumph on an attack will outright kill Minions and Rivals, and will trigger a Critical Injury roll on PCs and Nemesis' (Trex).
Also, as long as the Critical Injury is untreated (even if the effect wears off), any further Critical Injury roll will have 10 added. (This stacks for multiple CIs).

Oskara and Trex continue their fight, each inflicting nasty hits to the other. While the Twi'lek is hurting and her head is ringing, she's not out of the fight quite yet. The continued grunting and cursing from the cockpit reveals that Trex isn't fairing too well himself.
OOC:
Oskara Takes 11 Wound - her soak, which I think puts her AT her threshold of 12 (still in the fight).
Oskara also suffers "Slightly Dazed" and is Disoriented until the end of the encounter. (add a Setback (Black) die to all checks).
Trex is in the cockpit and in cover. Any ranged combat against him will suffer 1 Setback die.
Trex suffers "Winded" and can no longer voluntarily suffer Strain to activate abilities or gain maneuvers.

Looking to quickly finish off what Oskara started, Pash moves forward and fires. Trex lets out a high pitched screech before falling backwards against the ship's control panel and sliding onto the floor.

PCs can recover Strain at the end of this encounter. (Simple (no Purple) Cool or Discipline Check, your choice).

To install the HMRI someone will have to make an Average (2P) Mechanics check. Both locks outside of the ship can be removed manually. each requiring an Upgraded Hard (1Red/2Purple) Mechanics check and about 10 minutes of time. Failure of the check will most likely raise an alarm.

Yes, that's exactly how to handle the assist. And you are correct, VEX has succeeded both and has two unused Advantage! Once we determine Oskara's been doing we'll move on.
