How do we reduce our inspired action stress track? Or does it simply build up until the DM uses it?

I'm going to say if you hit a threshold of 3 prior to reducing it, you get a DM-inspired setback when and how I choose. ;)

Thanks for the compliments! I read that in Eberron, Dwarves are very story-focused. More so than mining or crafting, they are storytellers where they know the story of every thing they own. Trying to bring that out in the character without using up too much spotlight :) And thanks for the setup, runekyndig and annex!
