full disclosure: I made up the entire Mother Ruth plot, legend and character from scratch as you guys messed up the story hook of the original adventure I had in mind! lol

Which is good, because it forced me to improvise on new gaming prompts from you, rather than trying to railroad you back to the original hook.

Hopefully it ended up having enough detail and interest to stand as a MHC story of its own.

It didn't feel improvised to me. That was a great mystery!

Now I wonder what the original plot was. The light in the forest, probably? Maybe that will be our next mystery

Would be nice to get a third player, but it seems to work well also with 2, for pace.

I'd love a third player. It was more fun with three (though I'm still loving it with two). The only worry is that a third player might bring the pace down or get discouraged when they cant keep up and leave again. ..
