@JoshuaMabry I think you can attack with advantage because that one is restrained.
Alin launches a couple of psychic blades against the guard directly fighting with Gunnar, one of which hits just underneath an opening in his armor.
Mrak takes his greatsword and takes a great swing at the guard, but he deflects it with his longsword.

The other pulls out a shortbow he had strung to his back and fires at the Mror Howler, but it hits the doorframe above Gunnar's head.
The other two attempt to free themselves of their vine bonds, and one manages to escape.

"Bwahaha! You blind buffoons! What did that doorframe ever do to you?
The laugh is mirthful but there is also mania creeping on the edges of that laugh. It is the kind of thing that might make an enemy wonder about Gunnar's sanity and, perhaps, reconsider fighting with an insane dwarf with such a big axe and ghosts coming out of his skin.
They all (followers and templars) sheath their weapons, tuck their tails between their legs (so to speak, since they aren't shifters), and they walk back down the hallway, in the same direction that the cleric walked.
You are left alone in this building, which upon further inspection isn't a tavern so much as a dessert hall (the large menu inside has nothing but desserts, and there is no bar here), but these fools came in here with a keg of crude, nasty ale.
He looks up at you briefly, says "thank...you..." weakly, and then his head drops, and his legs buckle, and his body sags down from where he is nailed to the wall.
"No bother, son," he said before the crucified man fainted then also helped supported the now unconscious man's weight so the hand wounds didn't tear any further. "Kevin? Got a claw hammer or any pliers? Once you pull them out, I'll patch him up."

Then he gets to work. He removes the nails without damaging the changeling any further.
Rolls
Medicine - (1d20+1)
(11) + 1 = 12
When the druid sent a wave of healing through the changeling, small patches of glowing green mushrooms grew over the hand wounds and anywhere else of major damage then shriveled away.
"Focal leighis."
The healing was minor but it would hopefully keep the changeling alive.
Rolls
Medicine check - (1d20+6)

Healing Word - (1d4+4)
(1) + 4 = 5
He hugs you, and then says, "I thought I was going to die. Thank you, thank you..." he sobs, holding the person closest to them who is tending to them.
"Can I have some water, please? I am so dehydrated."
After you all give the person some water, he says, "I think I am strong enough to leave this place. Please, can we leave?"
He starts hopping on one foot towards the front door.
