The Changing Hunt

Gunnar and Mrak climb the ladder for about 30 seconds, and it seems to go on for at least 60-70 feet higher (it is dark higher up, so you cannot see beyond that distance).

After about 300 feet up, the upward tunnel opens up into a spherically-shaped cavern or room.

As Gunnar's head peeks through the threshold into the cavern, he feel lighter, as if the air in the room is pulling himup into the room gently.

Gunnar starts to float into the air, towards the center of the spherical room, and then stops in the middle.

As he waves his hands around, he feels as if he is swimming in the air in this room.

He sees an exit on the upper area of the room. As he tries to swim up towards the exit, he realizes that it is difficult to ascend.

Mrak follows Gunnar into the room, and he, too, floats into the center of the room, until he and Gunnar are touching. He, too, would have a hard time swimming away from the sphere's center.
