Elf: This item is an elvish innovation. Elf characters will be able to barter for it first, with other races being able to obtain it some time later (no sooner than 3d8 months later, and at an increase in price of 1d4 x 50%).

Hmn: This item is a human innovation. Human characters will be able to barter for it first, with other races being able to obtain it some time later (no sooner than 3d8 months later, and at an increase in price of 1d4 x 50%).
