OK, would each of those need to be a stunt, or could most of those be a Lore check with the stunts being things you are particularly good at? How I build my wizard changes quite a bit based on how we are handling things.

I think any of the information powers can be handled with a Lore check, and if you want to make a basic magical attack that does direct damage we can use the Fight or Shoot skill as appropriate. The rest would need to be stunts.

No idea. I have found some online threads about magic users in Fate so let's see what I can make within the rules with that guidance.

I have submitted Lanval. I still need to add a Relationship aspect but thought I would wait to see what other kind of characters we had submitted before filling that in.

I listed my Psionics as an Aspect, and used notes to provide some context fur the extent of it. That's a minor power though, compared to a LLW.

I see your new one. Tie your stunts to your Lore skill with a +2 bonus. "Because I can Find Ley Lines I get a +2 bonus to my Lore skill to know the direction and strength of a Ley Line."
