Whoever they are.
Emily raises the gun and creeps ahead hoping to get as close as she can before being spotted.
Fred and Lily can Support. Both of you make Stealth checks too. Each success will be worth +1 to Emily's roll.
Rolls
Lily Palmer: Stealth* - (1d4, 1d6, RA)
1d4 : (2) = 2
1d6 : (1) = 1
Benny! - (1d6, 1d4, RA)
1d6 : (3) = 3
1d4 : (2) = 2
Rolls
Fred Solomon: Stealth* - (1d4, 1d6, RA)
1d4 : (41) = 5
1d6 : (2) = 2
Rolls
Emily Richardsen: Stealth* - (1d6+2, 1d6+2, RA)
1d6+2 : (2) + 2 = 4
1d6+2 : (4) + 2 = 6
His foot, though, appears to be the least of his worries. This room… this dark, dripping, humid, awful room…
It must be where everyone has been… slugged. Infected with an extra-terrestrial parasite. Subjected to some kind of alien intruder! The smells in here, the sights, the puddles of who knew what, the empty cases suggesting a few dozen humans have been already been… taken over.

"Doesn’t work, like I said before," the man says to Mr. Myers, who rolls his eyes as he moves Zach forward.
Outside the now closed door, Zach’s three friends successfully creep up quietly to the entrance of the steam plant…
Emily… that looks like a +1 bonus rather than +2… but you’re still successful. You can extend the success to opening the door and peeking in if you like…
"Lets just go! No point in waiting! They’re distracted!" she says quickly, hefting the mallet and ready for action!
Should she?
Freddie charges along the side wall, claw hammer ready to nail Mr. Unger. He won't hold back this time.
She takes a deep breath, holds it, and points at Unger's knees when the man is putting things on a tray.
Rolls
Emily Richardsen: Shooting - (1d4, 1d6, RA)
1d4 : (42) = 6
1d6 : (2) = 2
Shooting Damage - (1d6, RA)
(5) = 5
Called Shot: -2 (Emily is aiming for Unger’s leg)
Range: 20m — up to 24m is short range, so all good.
Aiming: Cancels up to 4pts of range and called shot penalties. So no -2 from the latter, above.
The Drop: Unger has no idea this is coming. +4 for Emily to hit, and damage. Unger might be taken out by this shot — has to pass a Vigor test.
Surprise: All foes (everyone in the room, really, we’ll do this for Zach and Aaron too) must pass a Notice check or not act on the first round of initiative.
Based on all this, Emily’s attack is a 10, which is a Raise vs. a short range target number of 4. That means she rolls an additional +1d6 damage… and I’ll note that the 9mm Kahr P9 (which now has 6 rounds left, please track that, Emily) does base 2d6 rather than the 1d6 Windy rolled. To keep this moving along, I’ll roll the 1d6+1d6+4 extra damage.
