ok GNW, let's back up a little and ignore that push. Your initial roll was 47, with a bonus of 2, making 27. Based on that you can drop 7 luck for a pass, which is likely what you would have done, so I'm happy with that.

Not too worried about round order as everyone is posting at different times, as long as you are all going before the NPC, we're good.

As Arthur wants to run on round 2 though, he will be spotted, unless trying to Stealth it. Given that he's lighting a candle, first, there'll be no bonus die if he wants to go that route. Also note it'll be this round to get to and through the hole then another to get to the entrance.

OK, as Arthur was first in order, the candle was lit, so Alistair forfeits his bonus die and therefore failed his Stealth. I'm also ruling Arthur has slipped away before the creature is in Alistair's view, so just a loss of 2 Sanity.

Does he look back to see the thing? Either way, make a Sanity roll, Arthur

With regards to the dynamite, Richard and Dardan need to be more than 9 yards (27 feet) away to avoid damage from the blast, so that's 2 squares from the hole into the antechamber (where Arthur is about to arrive.

Dardan is confident that his placement will not cause a complete cave-in as it shouldn't destroy the supporting walls. It will also take two more rounds to achieve safely.

Combat!
When your opponent attempts to strike, you have a choice to either riposte with your Fighting Brawl skill or Dodge. A successful dodge with avoid all damage but for a riposte if your success is better than your opponent, you can do damage to it yourself. You cannot Push rolls in combat but you can use Luck if you want to.

For everyone unable to see what's going on, you can hear animal like growling and snarling coming from the Annex north of the main chamber.

Would Christopher have seen or be close enough to the creature at this point? Wondering if it’ll have past me with Arthur briefly hiding behind the same rock.

Christopher is hidden between the annex entrance and the corridor so it turned before reaching you. Right now it’s about six feet from you, around the corner but unless you planned to look, you haven’t seen it up close.

Holding fire on Baz's move, now we're in combat I think we'll stick to Dex order.. He'll need a dodge roll to get past the Abomination, once its attack is done. Let's see Alistair's reaction first.
