Some questions to ponder while you're working on your character.
What three events in your life prove you aren't like the herd?

What makes you so special?

Do you have existing family? If yes, what is your currently relationship with them?
Examples: Yes, No, I don't know/Thick as thieves, Estranged, Who gives a shit?
Have you ever been in an intimate relationship? With who and how did it, or is it, going?

I stuck all of Natrix' dedication points into Neutrality. Feel free to move some of them around if you wish.
How is she getting +3 to all her saving throws? I see the Ring of Protection, but that only grants a +1.
The Staff of Power is considered a +2 weapon. What Combat entity is bound into it? With no points in either Law or Chaos, she could not have summoned and bound a demon or virtue into the item. She could, however, have won it through a contest of wills, using her WIS save vs that of the entity bound into it (with a -1 to the save, for not being able to summon/bind the type).

My source material must be flawed. It didn't show the AC and saves bonuses to the staff.
I have added more material to the virtues and demons listings to give you a better idea of them.

Cool. Definitely going with the Gatekeeper.
Travel
These beings exist solely to facilitate getting from one location to another, usually by the swiftest route possible. Demons of Travel can open gates through other planes, transport themselves and others by land, sea or air. They can also teleport straight from one place to another almost instantaneously. In their normal form Demons of Travel are invisible and immaterial, but they may be bound into physical objects or called forth into a particular shape by the summoner.The 5E Staff of Power definitely has all that fun stuff.

1) Her rare mix of mental and physical agility led to her training as an arcane spy and spell thief.
2) Natrix turned her back on the Yuan-Ti to embrace the path of Neutrality.
3) When the serpentfolk abomination who trained her was on the brink of a dangerous extradimensional summoning, Natrix not only stopped him but killed him and kept his powerful staff as a trophy.

Natrix was the first of her clutch to hatch, and she hid from her siblings as they killed each other. Once the weakened victor emerged, Natrix killed her in turn.

1) Yuan-Ti halfblood psion Di'Nastassa was a girlfriend with benefits before Natrix rebelled. Had she remained loyal, who knows what might have developed. In quiet moments, Natrix misses her.
2) Yuan-Ti pureblood hexblade Dmetrio was sent to kill Natrix after she rebelled but they found fighting between the sheets far more satisfying than battling to the death. They still meet once in a blue moon, and he's always up for more combat training.

I was hoping to use the Staff for utility, not combat. She's definitely a distance attacker, not the whack em with a stick type.

No love interests tagging along. You asked about lovers so I added pics to their descriptions. Info for the DM to use as DMs are wont to do. :P
I'll forgo the to hit and damage bonuses, and go with a bound entity. I still like the Gatekeeper concept; it fits well with her being a spell thief-type.

So, let's make the item a +1 Lesser Staff of Power bound with a demon of travel (Gatekeeper). It will take up one demon slot and an attunement. That will also shift 3 pts into Chaos from those 10 in Neutrality.

With the conclusion of all the opening scenes, I will post them as a montage in the main forum so everyone can see the development of the story.

Then, make three skill checks: Arcana, History, and Religion all at (DC 15). Add the points together of failure or success on each.
