Chapter 4: Open Sea

Kouru thinks before answering Nikias. Helenus wears a playful mask to maintain his pride and protect Cassandra. Cassandra is oddly amenable to captivity considering her other options as a princess of Troy - not to mention you three actually believe her, despite all odds. There's more to her vision than she told you. She seems a bit ill, but you can't tell if it's sea-sickness or from her vision.

And then it hits like a shield wall.

Kouru doubles over, unable to wretch but wishing he could. Nikias and Iantha see his eyes flash to solid white. His mouth flaps like a fish and he makes no sound.And then it's over. Kouru's eyes return to their usual color and he finds himself kneeling on deck, dizzy, but otherwise unharmed.
