Ah, using the Hero Dice to succeed counts as a fail. Fair enough, I’ll add some.

I attempted to use Kendral’s ‘Inspiring’ inclination to give a karma roll to Belvedere. I’m not sure if I was clear enough, or if that is permissible in the specific situation, or if KCC included my karma in his roll or not. I’m confused now actually.

In any case I subtracted a karma point from my character sheet and considered it passed to KCC for Belvedere’s roll.

So...KCC used 2 points of karma and Seck gave him 1. Then he can take his hero dice back

Yup I agree. Map does help. It gives us an idea of where everyone is, but doesn't interfere the theater of the mind because it's super simple.
