Character creation

I must admit I have stalled a bit on the final element of fleashing out his backstory, his connections and that kind of thing. I hope to do it as we start play and I have a better feeling for where we start, the setting and that kind of thing

I'll keep the setting of Elissar pretty generic med-fan. There are some specific quirks mentioned in To Save a Kingdom, but I doubt I'll use them as they limit character options a bit. I'm not quite sure what the deal is with making a game which offers so many options, and then have your first official "setting" limiting said options.
If you have any questions regarding character creation, do not hesitate to ask me.

Chargen has been tougher than I anticipated. But I can finish this weekend.

I'll just ask that you either link me or post the picture you used for your character here so I can make counters for your characters.

Just a heads up, things are going to get a bit crazy for the following week for me. I'm not sure I'll be able to start right away, or if I do, what my posting frequency will be.
Upside, it gives you more time to work on your character.
Downside, the game will be delayed a bit, but hey, it's only for a week.

...A halfling who is tired of short jokes....

Yes. It's much easier to start big and shrink down to desired dimension then start small and try to stretch things...
