I was asked for regional languages in Discord, and honestly, I have nothing that really list those for the world of Elissar. So I've came up with a few (noted in parenthesis), but I'm not entirely sure if those will be their final forms (hence the "?"). If you feel like replacing one of your languages with a regional one, go ahead.
I've also made a small description of all regions. This is by no mean meant to be a comprehensive Gazetteer, but it should give you an idea of what each regions are, if only as a gross oversimplification. This might also help you determine from where your character originate for once you regain your memories.
Land of Elissar
Though a vast elvish empire ruled over the known world in the previous age, their far-flung civilization has almost entirely fallen to ruin leaving the people they once lorded over to establish new rulership in the Dark Age.
Albia: Magical medieval Scotland with humans and dwarves. (Albian?)
Allesund: Endora's snobby neighbours. (Allessundi?)
Border Kingdoms: Authoritarian warring warlords, not really considered real kingdoms. (mix of Ostinish, Laskian, and Druzuk??)
The Desolation: Cirothe the angry dragon. (mostly monster languages?)
Endora: Generic med-fan Europe, lost people when a dragon made trouble in the east... (you are here) (Endoran?)
Hinterlands: Bandits and cutthroats, floods often. (mix of Albian, Endoran, and Allessundi?)
Laskia and The Howling Expanse: Large frozen tundra, consider "northerners" weaklings, but have rugged respect for Albians. (Laskian?)
Ironfall Island: Magical Caribeans complete with pirates. (mix of Allessundi, Endoran, and Druzuk?)
Ostinad: Magical medieval Mongolia. (Ostinish?)
Par Celundi: One of the last elven city of the old empire. (Elvish)
