Everyone can use basic maneuvers, you do not have to choose them,
they are available to everyone all the time, and they do not cost exertion to use.
What you must pick, are maneuvers listed as being part of the combat traditions available to you, which if I remember correctly, since you are a
fighter this means that you can pick from any and all combat traditions.
I also noticed that your character sheet doe not list a fighting style or soldiering knack. Do not forget to take those, you were supposed to have them since level 1. Also, at level 2, you gain a steely mien, do not forget about it. Finally, this would now be the perfect time to add your proficiency bonus to your proficient checks, and add the relevant attribute modifiers to all your checks (well, you can always skip your skills for that seeing that a5e is a lot more fluid than 5e as to which attribute can be used on a skill depending on the situation).
