Memories of Holdenshire

I'll use this thread to set up side-trecks, roll for weather and encounters, set up which place or NPC could trigger each players' memories, etc.

If the party needs experience before leaving Northminster, have them stumble onto The Rotten Underbelly (Dungeon Delver's Guide) while doing errands for Belton (instead of a mayor putting out bounty for rats, it is the proprietor for some inn or tavern, probably Ms Margo from the Thrifty Griffon? Or perhaps Dr Tinbellow from Tinbellow's Practice? If worse comes to pass and the players refuse Belton's help, they might have to escape the guards through the sewer?).

Also, while looking for Granny Applessed's ingredients, or while doing one of the quests in Hengitsbury, I can always drop The Serpent's Maw from DDG? (I guess that could work as it would explain the kobolds in the area...)

Once in Hengistbury, instead of just moving from place ot place and talking to NPC to NPC while waiting for the Spring Festival, Act I of To Slay a Dragon suggest using some quest to have the players take while there so they actually have something to do (and perhaps as new opportunities to remember). Some quests that would make sense:
Quest II: Hound of Fogmoor (mistaken for the wolves who cause problems and are mentioned?)
Quest VI: Escort Service so that the party gets properly introduced to Rorus Klain? (to Escort Service, also add Mama Bear's Revenge, by hearing rumors at Thornbury?)
Quest VII: Manhunter so that the party gets properly introduced to Brand Torek?
