We only need decide one thing before starting:

Choose for your character. If you don't all choose the same then we'll start you off as two groups, for the first post or two anyway.

Suggest we bury him if we have time, or wrap him up and leave him somewhere out of the sun.

If the train has room / a cargo car, we should wrap him up and take him with us to the next stop.

Interesting development, while Varney Mercantile is described well in the text, it's not on the map. So I placed it on the bottom right of the map, where the wooden sidewalk kind of leads between the saloon and Gentry's Guns to nowhere.

Not that it matters, just curious.
