Volume I: The Lost Boys

Harmonia released Clayton, and get out last from the building. She appear as an angel covered with Zombie gore.

Night Arrow keeps a little distance, overviewing the cops handling the situation.

"Hmmm, guess I am an actual hero now," she mutters proudly to herself. "Awesome."

A way for the police to contact them? She wouldn't even know how to contact the others yet. Maybe it would be time to team up formally.

"Can I get some contact information? I don't think we have a way set up yet, but then once we do we can let you know?" As she was thinking about it she figured maybe a discord channel? That shouldn't be too hard to set up.

"Here, let me give you my card" Martinez took out a pen, and holding its cup in his mouth, he quickly jotted his personal phone number on top of the card issued by the department – which normally only included his name and his badge # "Give me a call as soon when you can" he handed his card to Blacklight "We might need your help to nail the case against Dr. Harris, or some of the others" or maybe with other matters entirely, though he didn’t want to pressure them just now "And thanks again for all your help. Things would have turned up horribly wrong if you hadn’t intervened"

Harmonia or her alter ego Hannah at school are not much technical savy, but she does have a phone. After the police officer is busy with other things, Harmonia share her contact information " You can have my phone number, i'm known as Hannah in my high school Westview high. " She told black light. Hannah is a discreet beauty at school that don't hang out with any group in particular.

Mimic starts to turn towards Blacklight, but stops for a second and glances at Harmonia when she announces her identity. Well. She'll just have to be extra careful if she runs into any Hannah's at school. "Can I take a picture of that card?" She starts to pull out her phone. Thankfully it hadn't gotten broken in the fight, she'd taken it out of the case and shut it down before heading over. Plenty of people probably had the same case she did, but Mimic didn't want to risk it.

Night Arrow gets her phone as well. Much like her bow, but more easily to recognize, it's a state of the art very new and very expensive model.
She takes a picture of the card as well.

"We sharing numbers? Yeah that is a good idea. Here is my number." on her phone she quickly switches to her secondary sim card and shares her details as Night Arrow with her new allies.

She looks at them all and with a little uncertainity she says. " Even if I am not entirely like you guys, please call me, ok?"

Harmonia is not sure what she meant, not like them. Its not like any of the girls from this team are normal in any case. " Not much of a phone person myself, but i will show up for emergencies if i'm told where to go. "

Once the gathered heros were a fair distance away from the police operation and could talk she shared around the card and then offered up her own thoughts. "We can put together a discord channel. One for us privately, one for the police? That way those of us who aren't comfortable yet with sharing our identities can communicate with the others to coordinate meeting up and stuff." She only had one phone but she had a change of cases for it. Maybe she could get a dual sim card set up or something like Night Arrow had. Or just carry two... It was something to think about. But first. "Is everyone interested in working together or was this just a one time deal?"

She puts her phone away after getting a picture. "I'd be down to work together again. Being part of a team might make people take us more seriously. Making a discord server sounds like a good idea too. After I make an alternate account."

"Totally! I'd be cool to actually work together with others!"

Blacklight smiled with relief. She hadn't been sure if the others would be interested or not but the most imposing one, Harmonia had even offered her name right away. "That's fantastic. How about we meet back here tonight around eight to get coordinated?" That would at least let them get back to school as she doubted she was the only one playing hooky this morning and that should give everyone a chance to get things working. "I can help with your phone then Harmonia if you need it."

"That sounds like a great idea, Blacklight... because... oh... gee... look at the time..." Night Arrow seems to appear a bit nervous for the first time now. "I got somewhere to go to soon... math te.... hero stuff..."

"I can probably do that. I have to get going right now though. See you guys later?" She awkwardly waves and starts walking away. As soon as she turns the corner, Mimic starts running towards where she'd hidden her backpack with her civilian clothes in it. She'd have to be careful sneaking back into school.

" Its a bit of an antique, but if you can install Discord on it, would be great. We can work together again if there are more threats like this one that i can't handle myself. "

Blacklight gave the others a short wave before turning back to Harmonia and accepted the phone. "I'll see what I can do." It was a bit intimidating being next to what might be the yang to her ying. Harmonia was everything she wasn't. Light to dark, Physically strong and literally emboding the power of light vs her own physical weakness and power that spread only throughout the darkness beyond her. It was like the two were some kind of mirrored versions of each other. Hopefully that wouldn't be an issue.

As she worked she spoke up, trying to keep up the front of confidence and authority finding it a bit harder now that it had been with the policeman. "So.. ah, what's it like being the new Harmonia, is your ah... predecessor still well?" Hopefully that question wouldn't be too sensitive.

" My mother retired as a monk, on the last step toward enlightenment and ascension. That's complicated. "

" Each Harmonia is a different person, we past on knowledge and powers, but remember where we coming from by wearing the name and cape. "

" You can call me Hannah, that's my human name. "

Harmonia is used to this kind of curiosity, and doesn't think much out of it. " Why black light? Sounds like a duality. Does it have particular meaning? "

"Well, at it's most basic it's just sort of a description of what my powers look like when in use." Not all her powers, but as a demonstration she has a little curl of shadow pick up a leaf and as it exerts force it glows with blacklight. "But a little more is that I, well... I'm part of THE SHADOW. But I don't really agree with how passive they sometimes are in responding to threats so by putting light in my name instead of just using the traditional one I'm trying to show that there is a better way a more... proactive way to be a hero. I'm not sure if it's really working or not yet."

"It's hard to be a hero alone if you're well, squishy like me. But I haven't really had the best luck so far with teams. My first one has sort of fallen apart so I'm really hoping this time it will hold together. I'm worried about that." With a little smile she hands back the phone. "Here, it wasn't quite too old to run discord, I've got it all set up for you." And spends a few minutes showing her how to use it as well.

" THE SHADOW, you are referring to it as if it's a person, what is it really if I may ask? "

" You seems more resilient than most humans, but I get what you mean, it's easier with allies. Regardless of my powers, i can only be in one place at a time, and it's a big limitation to fight villains across the planet and beyond... There's just too many things happening. "

" Thanks. " She takes back her phone and make it disappear in a pocket embedded behind her skirt.

Blacklight giggles a little, she couldn't help it. "It is, well not one person, but a group of us." She looks around as if expecting to be overheard and spied on in the middle of the day. "We're a family line of heros with similar powers. They just play up the mythos to be scary." She frowned a little then. "Probably because we aren't more resilient. Sure we have powers but we aren't extra tough or strong or anything like that. But at least your being proactive about fighting evil, not just reactive."
