Everyone gets one action a round, and the round is divided into phases to break up the action!
Phases:
1. Taking Cover.
2. Ranged Combat.
3. Close Combat.
4. Movement.
5. First Aid.
6. Other.
Considering that he knows where you are, and you don’t know where he is (smoke, night etc!) this first round might be a little tougher! You’ll need two successes base to do what you want to do!

Yeah, that’s the basics of it! Sounds like Shayna is taking cover! Owen could be moving or taking cover!
