It is illegal for a civilian to carry any weapon aboard Cybele Station without express licensed permission of the Office of Station Security. Properly, this extends even to small bladed weapons on most DOHM worlds, but due to the high prevalence of religious sects and practices that seem to require them amongst both Reptilian and Avian species, this sole exception has been made. Even so, only the mere possession and display of ceremonial knives and daggers has been decriminalized.
